About Wellth

Wellth was founded on a simple belief: understanding your health should not begin only when something goes wrong.

Modern healthcare is very good at diagnosing and treating disease, but there is often less support for understanding the factors that influence health before they become a problem — or for making sense of the early signs that something may be changing.

We believe people should have access to meaningful health data, clear explanations and practical guidance throughout their lives.

Wellth brings together blood biomarkers, health history, symptoms, lifestyle and other relevant information to create a more complete picture of your health. We help you understand what your results may mean, where there may be opportunities to improve, and when something should be discussed with a doctor or other healthcare professional.

Our approach is grounded in nutritional and lifestyle medicine, supported by scientific evidence and always centred on the individual.

Our mission

Healthcare often works reactively: something changes, you develop symptoms, or a concern arises, and then you seek help.

We want to make it easier to take a more proactive approach.

A blood test can provide valuable information, but numbers alone rarely tell the whole story. A result may be within the laboratory reference range and still be relevant in the context of your symptoms, lifestyle, nutritional status or other biomarkers. Equally, a result outside a reference range does not necessarily explain how you feel or tell you what to do next.

Wellth helps put your results into context.

We combine laboratory data with information about your health, nutrition, sleep, stress, physical activity and other relevant factors. Your results are reviewed by Wellth and presented in a clear health report, designed to help you understand the bigger picture rather than simply giving you a list of numbers.

Where appropriate, we identify areas that may benefit from changes in nutrition, exercise, sleep or other lifestyle factors. And when your results or symptoms warrant medical assessment, we help you understand when to seek the appropriate healthcare support.

This is not about replacing your doctor. It is about giving you better information to take with you.

From numbers to understanding

Most health testing gives you numbers.

Wellth helps you understand what they mean.

We believe meaningful health data should be useful, understandable and connected to the person behind the results. Our aim is to make proactive health assessment a normal part of looking after yourself — much like a regular dental check-up — rather than something you only consider when you are already unwell.

Science, expertise and a human review

Wellth combines modern laboratory testing with personalised health assessment and human expertise.

We do not rely solely on automated results. Every health report is reviewed by Wellth before it reaches you.

Our work is grounded in nutritional and lifestyle medicine, with an emphasis on evidence, context and practical application. We look at patterns across your results and consider them alongside the information you provide about your health and lifestyle.

Importantly, Wellth does not diagnose disease through a blood report or replace medical care. Our role is to help you understand your health information, identify areas that may be relevant, and support you in making informed decisions about your next steps.

Where medical assessment is appropriate, we work alongside doctors and other healthcare professionals rather than trying to replace them.

Registered healthcare provider

Wellth is registered as a healthcare provider with the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate (IVO). IVO maintains the national register of healthcare providers that fall under its supervisory framework.

Blood samples are analysed by accredited Swedish medical laboratories, and every Wellth health report is reviewed before it is delivered to you.

Our approach combines the accessibility of a modern digital health service with the responsibility and care expected of a healthcare provider.

Our partner laboratories

We work with established Swedish medical laboratories, including Karolinska Universitetslaboratoriet and SYNLAB, so that your samples are analysed within the Swedish healthcare laboratory system.

Our network gives you access to sampling locations across Sweden, making it possible to have your blood tests taken close to home or work. In many locations, sampling is available without an appointment.

You can find your nearest sampling location on our lab finder page.

Your health, your data

Health information is among the most sensitive personal data you can share. We take that responsibility seriously.

Wellth processes personal and health data in accordance with GDPR and applicable Swedish data protection requirements. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption and access controls.

Access to health information is limited to people who need it to provide the service, and we do not share your personal health information with third parties without an appropriate legal basis or your consent where consent is required.

Your data is handled within the EU/EEA in accordance with our data protection framework.

You can read more about how we handle your information in our Privacy Policy.

A more complete picture of your health

Health is rarely about one number.

It is the relationship between your history, symptoms, nutrition, sleep, stress, physical activity, environment and biology — and how these factors change over time.

That is what Wellth is here to help you understand.

Not simply what your results are.

What they may mean. And what you can do next.
