More infoOur most thorough panel covering 32 markers: blood count, liver, kidney, thyroid, lipids, vitamins, minerals and inflammation. Includes sampling fee.
The three hormones that show how your thyroid is working: TSH, free T4 and free T3. Add TPO antibodies, or choose Thyroid Basic, to look for autoimmune thyroid disease. Includes sampling fee.
A base panel for when symptoms linger after an infection: blood count with white cell differential, full iron status, thyroid (TSH, free T3 and T4), B12 including active B12 (holotranscobalamin), folate, homocysteine, vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, calcium, phosphate, sodium, potassium, chloride, glucose, bilirubin, cortisol and lactate. Includes sampling fee.
Everything in the Large Health Check, plus blood fats (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, ApoA1, ApoB and the ApoB/ApoA1 ratio), C-peptide and cortisol. Includes sampling fee.
Everything in the Medium Health Check, plus a full thyroid screen (TSH, free and total T3 and T4, TPO antibodies), kidney function (creatinine, cystatin C), immunoglobulins IgG, IgA and IgM, creatine kinase and RDW. Includes sampling fee.
Everything in the Small Health Check, plus liver function (ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, bilirubin, albumin), calcium, sodium, potassium, urea, and fasting and long-term blood sugar (glucose, HbA1c). Includes sampling fee.
Blood count with white cell differential, full iron status (ferritin, iron, transferrin, transferrin saturation), vitamin D, B12 and folate, homocysteine, zinc, magnesium and hsCRP. Includes sampling fee.
The most thorough panel we run. Beyond standard chemistry it carries what the longevity literature actually weights: ApoB and Lp(a) rather than LDL alone, fasting insulin for insulin resistance years before glucose moves, homocysteine, cystatin C for kidney function, uric acid and IGF-1.
Insulin resistance develops years before fasting glucose moves, so this measures insulin and C-peptide alongside glucose and HbA1c, with ApoB, triglycerides and HDL for the metabolic picture and liver markers for fatty liver.
Growth, nutrition and the things worth ruling out early: full iron status, vitamin D, B12 and folate, thyroid function, coeliac screening and liver function. Low iron is common in children who eat poorly at school and is linked to poor concentration, low mood and irritability long before anaemia shows. Deliberately excludes sex hormones and tumour markers, which have no place in a paediatric screen.
The counterpart to the Men's Health panel: cycle and reproductive hormones, thyroid, full iron status, cardiovascular risk including ApoB, blood sugar, inflammation, liver function and nutrient status.
For people who train seriously: recovery and muscle turnover, full iron status, anabolic balance, inflammation, liver function and the nutrient markers that limit performance.
The blood markers behind persistent tiredness: full iron studies, thyroid function, vitamin D, B12 and folate, blood sugar, inflammation, cortisol and liver function. Reviewed by a registered practitioner against optimal ranges, not just the standard reference range.
The deficiencies that are actually common in Sweden: vitamin D, B12 and folate, full iron status, magnesium, zinc and calcium, with homocysteine as a functional check on whether B12 and folate are doing their job.
Comprehensive male health panel: testosterone, SHBG, PSA, cortisol, prolactin and more. Includes sampling fee.
Full thyroid assessment including all thyroid hormones plus thyroglobulin and TSH receptor antibodies. Includes sampling fee.
Core thyroid panel: TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Total T3, Total T4 and TPO antibodies. Includes sampling fee.
Cardiovascular risk assessment: Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and Triglycerides.
