Wellth follows the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen 2022:260) and other applicable consumer protection laws.

By using the Wellth platform, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and order blood tests. Services are available to under-18s only with a parent or guardian's consent.

We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

Wellth provides blood testing, health reports, supplements, and behaviour change health programmes via our website and digital platform. Wellth reserves the right to modify or discontinue the platform without notice.

Wellth's services, reports, and recommendations do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor with questions about medical conditions.

A blood test is part of your overall health picture and cannot conclusively determine whether you are sick or well. Wellth is a complement to established health services, not a replacement. Health reports are generated using AI-powered analysis and are always reviewed by Wellth before they reach you.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure. You may not share your account with anyone. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). VAT is applied as follows:

• Blood tests: 0% VAT (ordered by a doctor, classified as medical service)
• Food supplements: 6% VAT
• Consultations and other services: 25% VAT

Payment is processed via Stripe and we accept cards, Klarna, and Swish. An order is binding once payment has been completed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Email [email protected] within 14 calendar days.

For blood testing services, the right expires when you visit the lab. For supplements, it expires if the product has been opened.

• Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same day
• Orders after 14:00 CET ship the next business day
• Supplements are delivered within the EU and to Norway, the UK and Switzerland. Shipping 85 kr, free from 1 500 kr

Wellth does not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you and issue a refund within a reasonable time.

To order blood tests, you need a Swedish personal number (personnummer), an email address, and BankID. Don't have BankID? Contact us and we will help you find a solution. You are responsible for following preparation instructions (e.g. fasting).

Wellth collaborates with accredited laboratories and is not liable for technical or laboratory errors. Test orders are stored by our lab partners for 3 months.

You have responsibility for your own results. Wellth provides feedback, but it is your responsibility to visit your doctor if recommended.

Booked appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged.

Discount codes can only be used once per order and only while valid. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

You retain ownership of your health data. By using the platform, you grant Wellth permission to process your health data as described in our privacy policy. Your personal details, including your personal number, are registered in our patient journal system and handled in accordance with GDPR and the Swedish Patient Data Act (2008:355).

All content on the platform, including text, images, design, logos, and software, belongs to Wellth AB and is protected by copyright. Reports generated for you are for your personal use only.

Wellth is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or lost profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.

You may close your account at any time through Settings or by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

As an EU consumer, you have the right to alternative dispute resolution via the EU Commission's platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se).

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. Claims must be filed within one (1) year.
