Using a lifestyle medicine approach, our nutrition physiologists review your results to identify nutrient deficiencies, symptom patterns, areas for improvement, and anything that may require further medical investigation.

You then receive a personalised health report and a 45-minute consultation to help you understand your results and support your health goals. Ongoing follow-up consultations and additional support are available for those wanting continued guidance.

All documentation is managed digitally through our custom client journal, allowing you to track progress over time, monitor changes in your health, and securely share information with healthcare providers if needed.
