High doseVitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate): 30mg is above the EU upper limit of 12 mg (EFSA UL — peripheral neuropathy on prolonged high intake).
InteractionProlonged intake above the EU upper limit can cause reversible nerve symptoms — not for continuous long-term use.
InteractionSeparate from levothyroxine, iron and certain antibiotics by a few hours.
DurationHigh-dose courses should be time-limited (weeks, not open-ended).
WarningsThis product provides more than 12 mg of vitamin B6 per serving, the EU daily upper limit. Sustained intake above that limit can cause nerve symptoms in the hands and feet. Use short-term and under supervision. Do not take if pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or nursing. Consult your healthcare professional if you take medications, or for any use by minors. Do not use this product if the safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Prolonged intake above the EU upper limit can cause reversible nerve symptoms — not for continuous long-term use. Separate from levothyroxine, iron and certain antibiotics by a few hours. Contains 30 mg of vitamin B6 per serving, above the EU upper intake level of 12 mg per day. Do not exceed the stated dose; take only under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Contains green tea extract with (−)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG or more. Should not be consumed if any other product containing green tea is consumed the same day. Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by anyone under 18 years of age.
