High doseNiacin (as Niacinamide and Niacin): 60mg NE is above the EU upper limit of 35 mg (nicotinic-acid flush; liver at pharmacological doses).
InteractionPreformed vitamin A: not to be used above 3000 µg in pregnancy.
InteractionMay reduce the effect of warfarin/VKA anticoagulants — do not start without INR oversight.
InteractionHigh-dose niacin can cause flushing and, long-term, affect liver enzymes.
InteractionSeparate from levothyroxine, iron and certain antibiotics by a few hours.
WarningsVitamin K affects blood clotting and can interfere with anticoagulant medicines such as warfarin. Speak to your doctor before taking it if you are on one. Consult your healthcare professional if you take medications, or for any use by minors. Do not use this product if the safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
