High doseVitamin B-6: 15mg is above the EU upper limit of 12 mg (EFSA UL — peripheral neuropathy on prolonged high intake).
High doseFolate: 1667mcg DFE is above the EU upper limit of 1000 µg (folic acid + methylfolate; can mask B12 deficiency).
InteractionPreformed vitamin A: not to be used above 3000 µg in pregnancy.
InteractionSeparate from levothyroxine, calcium and certain antibiotics.
