Quatrefolic® [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, glucosamine salt is Folate in an active folate form the body can use directly. Each capsule provides 1700 mcg DFE. Take as directed on the pack, or as advised by your practitioner.

DurationHigh-dose folate is a defined course — rule out B12 deficiency first; step down once levels normalise.
