High doseVitamin A (as: 4500IU is above the EU upper limit of 3000 µg (preformed retinol; teratogenic above this in pregnancy).

InteractionProlonged intake above the EU upper limit can cause reversible nerve symptoms — not for continuous long-term use.
InteractionSeparate from levothyroxine, iron and certain antibiotics by a few hours.

DirectionsAs a dietary supplement, 4 capsules one or two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Keep in a cool, dry place, tightly capped.

WarningsThis product provides more than 12 mg of vitamin B6 per serving, the EU daily upper limit. Sustained intake above that limit can cause nerve symptoms in the hands and feet. Use short-term and under supervision. If you are pregnant or nursing, speak to your healthcare professional before taking this. Consult your healthcare professional if you take medications, or for any use by minors. Do not use this product if the safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
