High doseMagnesium (as Di-Magnesium Malate): 400mg is above the EU upper limit of 250 mg (EFSA UL for supplemental magnesium (osmotic diarrhoea)).
InteractionMay reduce the effect of warfarin/VKA anticoagulants — do not start without INR oversight.
InteractionSeparate from levothyroxine, iron and certain antibiotics by a few hours.
WarningsVitamin K affects blood clotting and can interfere with anticoagulant medicines such as warfarin. Speak to your doctor before taking it if you are on one. Consult your healthcare professional if you take medications, or for any use by minors. Do not use this product if the safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. May reduce the effect of warfarin/VKA anticoagulants — do not start without INR oversight. Separate from levothyroxine, iron and certain antibiotics by a few hours. Contains 400 mg of magnesium per serving, above the EU upper intake level of 250 mg per day. Do not exceed the stated dose; take only under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
