High doseNiacin (as niacinamide): 50mg is above the EU upper limit of 35 mg (nicotinic-acid flush; liver at pharmacological doses).
High doseVitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride): 50mg is above the EU upper limit of 12 mg (EFSA UL — peripheral neuropathy on prolonged high intake).
InteractionPreformed vitamin A: not to be used above 3000 µg in pregnancy.

WarningsAccidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately. This product provides more than 12 mg of vitamin B6 per serving, the EU daily upper limit. Sustained intake above that limit can cause nerve symptoms in the hands and feet. Use short-term and under supervision. Consult your healthcare professional if you take medications, or for any use by minors. Do not use this product if the safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
