High doseVitamin A (Beta-Carotene): 4505µg is above the EU upper limit of 3000 µg (preformed retinol; teratogenic above this in pregnancy).

WarningsThis product provides more than 12 mg of vitamin B6 per serving, the EU daily upper limit. Sustained intake above that limit can cause nerve symptoms in the hands and feet. Use short-term and under supervision. If you are pregnant or nursing, speak to your healthcare professional before taking this. Consult your healthcare professional if you take medications, or for any use by minors. Do not use this product if the safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Preformed vitamin A: not to be used above 3000 µg in pregnancy. High-dose niacin can cause flushing and, long-term, affect liver enzymes. Separate from levothyroxine, iron and certain antibiotics by a few hours. Prolonged intake above the EU upper limit can cause reversible nerve symptoms — not for continuous long-term use. Stop taking it at least 48 hours before a blood test and tell the laboratory you have used it.
