High doseNiacin (as niacinamide): 40mg is above the EU upper limit of 35 mg (nicotinic-acid flush; liver at pharmacological doses).
High doseVitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride): 25mg is above the EU upper limit of 12 mg (EFSA UL — peripheral neuropathy on prolonged high intake).
InteractionPreformed vitamin A: not to be used above 3000 µg in pregnancy.
InteractionHigh-dose niacin can cause flushing and, long-term, affect liver enzymes.
InteractionProlonged intake above the EU upper limit can cause reversible nerve symptoms — not for continuous long-term use.
InteractionSeparate from levothyroxine, iron and certain antibiotics by a few hours.
InteractionHigh-dose iodine can disturb thyroid function; caution with thyroid disease.
InteractionMay reduce the effect of warfarin/VKA anticoagulants — do not start without INR oversight.

WarningsVitamin K affects blood clotting and can interfere with anticoagulant medicines such as warfarin. Speak to your doctor before taking it if you are on one. This product provides more than 12 mg of vitamin B6 per serving, the EU daily upper limit. Sustained intake above that limit can cause nerve symptoms in the hands and feet. Use short-term and under supervision. If you are pregnant or nursing, speak to your healthcare professional before taking this. Consult your healthcare professional if you take medications, or for any use by minors. Do not use this product if the safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
