High doseNiacin (as niacinamide): 40mg is above the EU upper limit of 35 mg (nicotinic-acid flush; liver at pharmacological doses).
High doseFolic acid (as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate): 1333mcg is above the EU upper limit of 1000 µg (folic acid + methylfolate; can mask B12 deficiency).
InteractionPreformed vitamin A: not to be used above 3000 µg in pregnancy.
InteractionHigh-dose niacin can cause flushing and, long-term, affect liver enzymes.

WarningsAccidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately. If you are pregnant or nursing, speak to your healthcare professional before taking this. Consult your healthcare professional if you take medications, or for any use by minors. Do not use this product if the safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
