Supplements are recommended only by a nutritional therapist, as part of a consultation — never automatically from a test result.

What does practitioner-grade mean?

Practitioner-grade supplements are formulated to be taken with guidance rather than picked off a shelf.

Why the form matters

Two products can contain the same amount of magnesium and behave quite differently. Magnesium glycinate is absorbed more readily and is gentler on the stomach than magnesium oxide; methylfolate is the form of folate the body can use directly. That is why you can filter by nutrient form here — not just by which nutrient a product contains, but by which form it is in.

Cost per dose, not cost per bottle

A bigger bottle looks more expensive and is often cheaper to use. Every product here shows what a daily serving costs, worked out from the number of servings in the pack, so two products can be compared without doing the arithmetic yourself.
