High dosePyridoxin HCl (Vitamin B6): 100mg is above the EU upper limit of 12 mg (EFSA UL — peripheral neuropathy on prolonged high intake).
InteractionPreformed vitamin A: not to be used above 3000 µg in pregnancy.
InteractionProlonged intake above the EU upper limit can cause reversible nerve symptoms — not for continuous long-term use.
InteractionHigh-dose biotin can interfere with some lab immunoassays (e.g. troponin, TSH) — pause before blood tests.

WarningsThis product provides more than 12 mg of vitamin B6 per serving, the EU daily upper limit. Sustained intake above that limit can cause nerve symptoms in the hands and feet. Use short-term and under supervision. Consult your healthcare professional if you take medications, or for any use by minors. Do not use this product if the safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Preformed vitamin A: not to be used above 3000 µg in pregnancy.
