High doseVitamin B6 (Pyridoxine): 50mg is above the EU upper limit of 12 mg (EFSA UL — peripheral neuropathy on prolonged high intake).
High doseVitamin B3 (Niacinamide): 40mg is above the EU upper limit of 35 mg (nicotinic-acid flush; liver at pharmacological doses).
InteractionSeparate from levothyroxine, iron and certain antibiotics by a few hours.
InteractionProlonged intake above the EU upper limit can cause reversible nerve symptoms — not for continuous long-term use.
InteractionHigh-dose niacin can cause flushing and, long-term, affect liver enzymes.

WarningsAccidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately. This product provides more than 12 mg of vitamin B6 per serving, the EU daily upper limit. Sustained intake above that limit can cause nerve symptoms in the hands and feet. Use short-term and under supervision. If you are pregnant or nursing, speak to your healthcare professional before taking this. Consult your healthcare professional if you take medications, or for any use by minors. Do not use this product if the safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Separate from levothyroxine, iron and certain antibiotics by a few hours. Prolonged intake above the EU upper limit can cause reversible nerve symptoms — not for continuous long-term use. High-dose niacin can cause flushing and, long-term, affect liver enzymes. Separate from levothyroxine, calcium and certain antibiotics. Preformed vitamin A: not to be used above 3000 µg in pregnancy. High-dose iodine can disturb thyroid function; caution with thyroid disease. Contains high-dose biotin, which can distort laboratory blood test results. Stop taking it at least 48 hours before a blood test and tell the laboratory you have used it.
